This is the only type of hypnosis I use which follows a program and it is because it has proven effective time and again. Many studies have shown that hypnosis is the single most effective way to quit smoking with long term results. The program includes about 3-5 visits involving behavior modification training and hypnosis. We will make sure to funnel your extra energy into a constructive behavior rather than another detrimental one such as overeating. The positive effects of no longer smoking are almost unlimited, besides being healthier and richer (especially with that new tax they just enacted in Maryland) you will also feel better about yourself.
